i read your post and the only name that rang a bell was frederick charles. see, my father is adopted and at birth his last name was benway. i did some research for a few years and actually thought that a frederick charles was his grandfather. the frederick charles you're talking about might be this guys father or grandfather. anyway, i dont know if you live in vt, but the benway family is HUGE in burlington and colchester. you could definitely find all the info you're looking for right here. let me know if you have any questions, i'll try to help you.
