I am researching my husband’s ancestors and looking for someone who may have information about them. This is some of the information that I have pieced together.

Gustaf S Berg was born in Sweden in May 1861. He married Marie and had two children, Albert G. and Edward S. before immigrating to the U.S. They lived in Illinois where Gustaf A was born in October 1889 in Courtland. Marie died somewhere after that and Gustaf S married Hilda. They had John O, Annie M, Gertie N, Emil F, Joel W, Eveline A. and Luella while still in Illinois. They moved to ND and had Alfred H., Carl L., and Helen. I believe they lived in Nelson or Ramsey Co., then eventually Benson Co. in ND. Both Gustaf S and Hilda may have died between 1920 and 1930.

Gustaf A is my husband's grandfather and he married Anna Bostrom and lived in Benson Co. until retiring to Devils Lake, ND.
