Your post interested me. Do you know what all of the embroidry means? "Made by John Bergen, Queen LII., 1810." What is "Queen LII."? A ship of some sort? An island? Where are you now (or the house the linen came out of) and where did our ancestors come from?
My ggggrandfather was named John Bergen. He came to Ohio from the Mozelle River/ Koblenz area.
