talked with my mother tonight, i have corrections to my last submit. she did go to dover as a small child, also when she was in high school, she remembers josie lived on the hwy. going to dover from russellvile, she said there were steps leading from the hwy to her house. josie was her mothers aunt. she thinks, also there were a row of houses across the road from josie's home, a young girl which was related to josie lived there with her husband, she was pregnant, there was a fight, and he shot her in the back. also josie had a brother that lived by himself at the ft of a mt., they also stayed with a cousin of mary ellen (marie), they drove thru dover, around a bend, all she remembers there is they had lots of children, and behind the house a very large water pipe with water running all the time, and the children playing in it. also my grandmothers brother george donahou was brought back to dover for awhile, after being a pow. hope this is a match. its be a long unsolved mystery as to why my grandmother was left in okla. also there was a half brother or step she did not know which, his name was ben donahou , was married to martha.
