Surnames: Berkhoff, Berkhof, Van den Berkhof, Birkhoff
No. 12 Gerrit Berkhoff is positief geidentificeerd als zoon van Hendrik Gerritse Birkhoff en Wijndelina van der Hart, gedoopt 28/11/1754 te Nijkerk. Trouwdatum onbekend. Heeft slechts kort in Amsterdam gewoond. Eén kind van dit echtpaar in Amsterdam gedoopt, verder zijn meerdere kinderen van hem en Aaltje van Laar bekend in Nijkerk.
