Looking for information on the parents, siblings and children of Rafael Estrada Bernadino.

Family lore states that Rafael was born in the Phillipines and migrated to the US. By 1924 Rafael is married to Helen and together they are beginning their family in Philadelphia, PA. Their children are: Rafael Jr., Tomasino, Rosaria, Helena, Cellerino, and Lillian.

Rafael's wife, Helen was born about 1904 so I suspect Rafael's year of birth is about the same. I also suspect that Rafael's father's name could be the same as one of his sons. Rafael served in the U.S. Navy, worked as a private chauffer, and died sometime prior to the 1970's.
