Searching for Relatives of Jose Bernardo or Samuel Shillingford

I am seeking my patrilineal heritage. I am looking for relatives of Jose Bernardo. He is my father. He has a brother named Samuel Shillingford. They were born in St. Croix or Dominica. The last I heard, Jose resides in Hawaii, and Samuel resides in London. I have also learned recently that they have a sister in Canada.
