Dear John,
I sent you some information directly and hope that was okay and hope that you got it- I can add a little bit more, depending how far you want your database to go. I thought, before I put my genealogical box away, I'd add a couple more things... Lydia A Wiley was born May 12,1825, daughter of Joseph Wiley-sisters and brothers were Jane,Eliza,Dora,Joseph,Robert, and Henry-I think perhaps they were from NB but I really don't know. Maybe Lydia married a Mr.Hovey first, how's that for a theory? Or maybe the family name really was Hovey not Wiley.
Back to the Bezansons...my grandfather left a shard of paper where he seems to have contracted generations, naming Elijah's father George Jaspar He then remarks on an unknown forebear Bezanson and notes " came from England, forefathers from France-scalped by Indians" If this is true, 1755 perhaps could make sense but does this resonate?
Again, thank you for supplying birth dates and other info of my g-greatfather's silblings, that helps put things in some sort of framework-Sincerely, Lynn
