I seem to think this is Louisa Caroline Bible (according to my mother's Smith Family notes) who we believe married William Howard Smith about 1859 and lived in Districts 9/10 of Marion County Tennessee.

She died March 21, 1909 and is buried in the Old Rollins Cemetery (Martin 2), Martin Springs, Marion County, Tennessee.
