Charles Elbert Biby was born on Nov. 17, 1877 in Crab Orchard (Williamson Co.), IL. As of 1928, he lived in Pinckneyville (Perry Co.), IL. On Jan. 12, 1928, he lived in Leavenworth, KS. On May 23, 1927, he joined the Sons of the American Revolution, on behalf of the service of his Revolutionary War ancestor, William Reynolds.

Charles Biby is reported to have died on Nov. 29, 1948.
