I think that this is the man who married Catherine O'Hare, but I have no proof. I found him on the 1920 & 1930 census, and found his draft registration card. In the 1920 census, it says he was divorced.
Catherine (O'Hare) Bichler was living with her brother in Kenosha, WI in 1918. I assume Theodore and Catherine were divorced by then.
