In your research, did you run across any info on a Godfrey Bick in/around Peru Twp, Huron County, Ohio? I am fairly sure he was my gggrandfather, would have been born c. 1837 in Baden, Germany, married to Catharine _______, had about 8 children including Andrew, Kata, Rosa, Mary, Edward, Matilda, Theodore, and Levina, b. 1862-1879. This info from 1880 US Census. I am still looking for Catherine's maiden name, and info re: Godfrey's immigration.
