My Great Grandfather was Andrew Bickert(bikert, bickerd) of St. Louis, MO. He died December 8, 1886. He was married to Caroline Ritter(?), died February 28, 1886. They had 3 daughters, Sophie, Emma(Amelia)born August 13, 1879, and Mimi. Andrew was most likely a German immigrant and probably from Westphalia. Both my Grandmother,Emma, and her sister Mimi were adopted by branches of their mother's family, the Hetzels and the Aiples, and grew up in Creve Couer, MO. does anyone have any other information?
