I have a marriage license application for the State of New York.

I have been researching my grandmother's side of the family and her mother was Clara F. Biehm or Biehn. It states that her father was Jacob Biehm or Biehn and her mother was Magdalen (misspelled?) Hipsch?

The handwriting is kind of hard to read in this document. The documents says that the parents were from Germany but does not say what part.

Any information that someone can give to me would be greatly appreciated. I plan on sending for the marriage certificate in hopes that it will clear up the misspelling errors.
