Hello,
There are also BIELs found in Poland/Austria.
My grandmother was Agnieszka Lasak (came to US in 1903) who married a Jan Biel (came to US in Sep 1906) in Oct 1906.
I know that she was from a small village named Delastowiecz, Poland.
I don't know for certain where he was from, but my uncle once told me that it was an arranged marriage and they were from the same area in Poland.
Is there any chance that our 'trees' have similar "branches"?
