Hi

I think we may be related as well. My GGGrandfather was Thomas Frederick Bigg. He was born 17 May 1838, Marylebone, London & died 14 Apr 1929, Canterbury, England. He was an Anglican clergyman. He went to school at Cambridge. His father, according to 1871 census, was Thomas of Clapham, Surrey. I know his mother's name was Sarah according to 1841 Census. He also had a sister Sarah, Bros Thomas & William, & sisters Mary Ann & Martha. I also know that the family was wealthy & there were a lot of Anglican clergymen in the family. His uncle was a famous Anglican missionary, I think also a Thomas. That is the only info that I have on him. Sarah was 36 in 1841. (BTW, if my Thomas IS Sarah Elden's husband then I have seen info on them on family tree sites)

Would love to make a connection to my Thomas somehow as this educated family is the missing link in my family tree.

My GGrandfather, Frederick Johnstone Bigg, immigrated to Canada when he was young so the family history kind of died there.

My grandfather, FJ Bigg, Jr saw a lot of my GAunts & Uncles: Peg, Evelyn, etc during WWII but we do not have much info on their Granparents or even their parents. My GGgrandmother was Janet Emma Johnstone. Her family, BTW, has been quite easy to trace because they were famous medical Drs. & were Scottish lairds.

Any help you have would be GREATLY appreciated!
