I am looking for information on Elizabeth Coots (Kotz) Kelly Biggerstaff. She is the mother of many children and used to live on Sinclair or Cottonwood Island in The San Juan Islands and that island was in Skagit County. She married Lawrence Kelly on August 20, 1878 and I would like to know who her second husband, Biggerstaff was. I am told she is buried somewhere in Whatcom county.This is for an island history project and I would like to collect all the info I can on her as she was a pioneer woman of our county. I believe she was divorced from Kelly.
