Surnames: Biggs, Kelly, Petty, Crafton
The familysearch.org web site shows Joseph Biggs and wife Martha "Patsy" Kelly of Sumner Co TN had a son Kader Simpson Biggs, who had a son William H. Biggs, b ca 1834 TN, who married Rebecca Ann Petty on 12 May 1853 in Davidson Co TN. So it must be THAT William H. Biggs and wife Rebecca Ann who were the parents of W. J. Biggs and the younger Simpson Biggs in the Davidson Co 1860 census, rather than the Wm Biggs and Rebecca Ann Crafton who married in Robertson Co TN in 1856.
