Surnames: BIGGS, LOUIS, DOW
Theo BIGGS was born in Missouri April 16, 1898. Her mother was named Tenny and was a widow in 1900. She was married to an Unknown BIGGS, Unknown LOUIS and then to Lafe DOW. Theo and her brothers David and Oscar moved to Pope County Arkansas between 1910 and 1915. Any info about any of the above would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Jan Butler
