According to the 1930 Census in Houston Co Tenn, Our Cecil would have been 3 years old, his father was not listed in that census, but it does say Lena was married. Her last name at the time she married Biggs would have Been Fierce not Wolverton. I don't think it's the same Cecil unfortunately, Pearl Stroud was Cecil's half sister, He was the youngest child born to Lena. Unfortunately I have still not located him either, Pearl (Aunt Billie) died a few years ago and we still haven't found out what happended to her little brother. She worried about it her whole life.
