Rev. William L. Biggs was supposedly born in Tennessee about 1822. He was in the Civil War, but though some say he was in the Confederate Army, things say he was in the GAR, which would have been Union.
Supposedly he had two wives, the first possibly dying in Texas, where he was prior going to Klickitat County in Washington. Later he supposedly had a wife named Margaret.
He was killed in a snow slide while near Cashmere, Chelan County, Washington, while visiting or living with another family.
Any help would be appreciated.
