I know only small bits since I only found out about my adoption a year ago at the age of 53. My biological mother was married to a Donovan, but maiden name Armes from Canada. My brother and sister have more info. Please let us know how you are connected. :>)

interested in this family, and it's ties to the cooke's, coopers, carringtons, arms, brown's and possibly the casson/cassin and Hanlon lines. would like to share info, see what you have, share what I have (non-living people of course). My online research keeps hitting brick walls, especially in the male side.

Looking for BILLEY family members or others to help in my research for my family tree. Would love to share this information and more.

Our branch is the Dmetro and Anastasia (GORDEY) family that came to the Willingdon, AB area in 1899. They had 10 children, named: George, Alexandra (married Demchuk), Maria (married Presizniuk), Wasylena (married Chernichan), Helen/Lucy (married Karbashewski), Annie (married Melnyk), Nick, Mike, William, Nancy (married Danyluk).
