The following was handwritten by my great grandfather (who died back in the 50's) and was recently handed down to me.

"Father Bindewald born about 1798 Died 14-Aug-1870. (he says 'date faded, about 72')
Barbara Neederauer Bindewald Feb. 2, 1800 April 27,1870"

Based on 2000 posting, "Father Bindewald" is really William or Andreas. If anyone has more information on him and his ancestors, please let me know. If I can be of help to anyone, I have some more information on the descendants of William and Barbara's son, Karl Bindewald. Would prefer to do this via e-mail.
