Deed for interest in 94 1/4 acres Simspon Creek
this deed made this 17 of jan 1859 between
george Bineger and Elizabeth his wife. John , Elizabeth
his wife Bineger, david ,sarah bineger his
wife, andrew , catherine his wife bineger, John ,nancy his wife
Bineger, William, Sarah Miers his wife,John, catherine his wife
Greathouse, James ,Rosanna his wife Powell,
and elizabeth , heirs of Samuel bineger of the first part and
Samuel Bineger of Taylor co, Virginia.
Witnessed that the said parties of the part
for and in cconsiderations of the sum of
twelve hundreddollars in hand paid the reciept of which is hereby
acknowledged do hereby grant bargain and seal
unto the said Samuel Bineger all of there title and interest
in a certain tract of parcel of land situated in Taylor county, virginia
and lying on simpsons creek containg 94 1/4
acres bounded as follows to wit on the east
by the land of john Shields and James Shields
and on the north by daniel Shields and on the
south by simspon creek and being the same land
owned by samuel Bineger of which the said parties
are heirs to have and hold the affore said
94 1/4 acres with all the appendences there
to the said Samuel Bineger his and assigns
forever and the parties of the first part for
them selves and the heirs coverent and agree
to and with the said Samuel Bineger , his heirs
and assigns that they will forever warrent
and defend the said tract of land to the said samuel bineger
