I can trace my lineage back to Ayliffe Binfield, baptized 1774, died 1848. He was married to Sarah Woods. They had 17 children between 1817 & 1840. 12 of those lived beyond childhood. I can account for 2 of the 12. My desendent Philip Upton Binfield, DOB 1840, lived in Folkstone along with his family. His grandson Arthur immigrated to the US in 1922 with his Scottish wife Agnes Sneddon. Stephen Bartlett Binfield was a pioneer in the Nebraska Territory in the early 1870's. Both Philip and Stephen were brothers and sons of Ayliffe.
