Birkenhead message board.

I suspect that I'm being thick but I can't find out how to post a message on the Birkenhead board. I can access the 'Birkenhead-L' site for reading only. A locality search ends with Cheshire. A search for 'Birkenhead' just brings up surnames. I have a password.
