I am looking for information on one of my many great grandmothers. Ann/Hannah was born (1780's) and raised in Ireland but sentenced to 7 years hard labor in Australia for stealing deer skins. She was sentenced in Dublin. She went on the Marquis Cornwallis and arrived in Australia in 1795. She ended up with John Hopkins (we are unsure if they every married) and had 2 children, Mary (my great grandmother) and Sarah. There was another Sarah but she died shortly after she was born. Ann/Hannah died in the 1850's. If you have any information please email me.
