My great-grandmother was Anna Birt-Canouse; her father was William Washington Birt and they were of Welsh origin. They were from Berwick, PA. William Washington Birt died in 1924; he had about five-six brothers. I don't know too much of anything else. Any information that can be provided would be greatly appreciated. Please email.
