great-grandmother was Anna Birt-Canouse and her father
was William Washington Birt. He was born in Newton, Wales.
His father was William Birt who was born in Bristol, England.
William Washington died in 1924 and is buried in Berwick, Pa.
Any information would greatly be appreciated.
