My name is Jodi and my great grandfather's name was John who was born in New York in 1876. John married Agnes Whitman who came from Saxony, Germany. That is as far as I get. My maiden name is Birtch. I have heard we are related to Bucklands and my grandparents were born somewere in PA.

Hello my name is Jenny I believe we are relatied. I know there is a Johnson that married into the family and there was a Constance. My cousin started a family tree on this site in 2005 I think but I can not get into it know. My grandfather and grandmother was Earl Raymond and Lula (Finch)Birtch. Both were born in PA. I had a grandfather, Walter Birtch, who had a father named John. John had a brother named Frank. Walter married Mary Birtch (maiden name Downy). My grandfather was raised in Buffalo, NY until his death in 1967.

My family line goes to Bavaria, Germany. I can't seem to get anywhere with it. The original spelling was Bertsch. You might want to look on that message board for more information. Also, look on familysearch.org. It has a lot of information and it's free.
