Hello,
I am looking for the parents of Mary Antonia Fontaine who was born in RI in 1868. Her birth record states that her parents were Joseph Fontaine and Philomena ?. Her baptismal record (which took place in Connecticut) states her parents as --difficult to read, but looks like--Usebia Fontaine and Philo. Bizia. There is a marriage record in Prov. RI for a Eusebe Fontaine and Philomena Bisaillon, and I am trying to find a connection. I am sure the 2 records are of the same Antonia, as the date is exact. I hope someone can help. I have been trying to find my GGgrandmother Antonia's parents for 2 and 1/2 years.
