In a bunch of old papers of my grandmother's was a copy of her cousin Arthur Lincoln Aldrich's research notes from the 1920 cited with book title, author and page number.
From Pembroke, Massachusetts Vital Records to 1850....pg 67
Crooker, Benjamin, son of Lemuel and Margaret born Dec. 6th, 1756 the rest of the note is not legible. I think the other references are to pages where Lemuel and Margarets's birth records are but I can't decipher Arthur's abbreviations. Arthur also transposes letters in this typewritten worksheet...must be genetic.
From History of the Town of Richmon, Cheshire County, New Hampshire from it's first settlement to 1882 by William Bassett published in Boston by C. W. Calkins Co. printers, 1884
p. 314 Bisbee
