Surnames: Bishop/Hollingsbury/Hornsberry
I have a Charles Bishop b.c. 1810 in Kent who variously gives his birthplace as Widley, Tudeley, Audley or Pudsey in Kent in census returns(only Tudeley seems to exist and not in baptism registers there.)
He first surfaces in Brighton, Sussex on marriage in 1836 to Eliza(beth) Hollingsbury/Hornsberry and always gives his occupation as Chair Bottomer. Father of 8 children and dies 1887 Brighton, Sussex.
Anybody recognise him and know his antecedants?
Anybody have a Charles Bishop from a chair bottoming family in Kent b.c.1810 who mysteriously disappears?
