i know mathias bittner was born in 1749 in cocalico twp lancaster co pennsylvania and married margaret wiest in 1770. they had 13 children one of which is named john bittner
born in 1771. my family has a john bitner who married an elizabeth hatler in 1790 in washington co tennessee. a samuel bitner went to tennesse with john and samuel married
margaret graham in 1806 in washington co tennessee. This john has a brother samuel 15 years younger than he is.

i am not sure it is the right john because there are about 20
