I found a Sevellin Hoyles in Glenwood Cemetery, Troy, PA. He was born in 1905. There was no Lavina or Vina there. You might try going to the Bradford Co., PA Genweb and searching the Hoyles.
There was also a Sevellin Hayles (probably Hoyles as Melissa in census was the name of John S. Hoyles widow) age 8 in the Troy 1870 census. If this is your Sevellin, then his wife might be the daughter of John Dighton Bixby. She was born 1865-6 in Bradford Co.
Without dates, it's hard to pin down Lavina.
I hope this gives you a starting place. Joyce's Genweb site is one of the best.
