I am looking for other relatives of Sallie Reeves Bizzell, born April 25, 1881 in Dublin County, North Carolina. She died April 11, 1960 and her death certificate lists her father's name as Sidney Reeves and her mother's name as Betty Elmore. She married James Edward Bizzell in Sampson County. Their youngest daughter is still living and remembers the names of at least some of Sallie’s brothers and sisters. She says her mother was the oldest sibling, and that after the death of their mother, they went to live at the Methodist Orphanage in Randolph County, NC. She said that her grandfather was still living when they went to the orphanage, but he was an alcoholic and unable to take care of the family. She thinks his full name was George Sidney Reeves. She thinks he had two sisters who lived in Black Mountain and who ran a resort there. She remembers the names of some of the siblings as Johnny, Jesse, Arna, Lucy, and Melissa, who was a nurse in Chicago.
This is all the information I have been able to obtain about Sallie Reeves family. I would appreciate any help.
