I'm looking for information on the partents of Peter Blackfish. He was born in Kansas in 1848, m. Mary Ann Marcum on April 20, 1869 in Jackson County, Missouri. He was a Shawnee Indian. His wife was white. According to papers that I have, his fathers name was Carcoo and his mothers name was either Buler or Beulah. His family was on the Dawes rolls. Peter died in 1901 before the Dawes Rolls were completed.

Peter and his wife were in Johnson County, Kansas and were removed to the Delaware District, Indian Territory in 1870. Any help would be appreciated.
