Surnames: Barr, Metzger, Wetzel, Silknitter, Truckenmiller, Rupley,
I am looking for information on Nancy Blaine, born in 1778 and married John Barr in Pennsylvania. They both died in Wooster, Ohio. Nancy died in 1847 and John died in 1836. A late family member remembers a story about Nancy being related to James G. Blaine the Statesman. Also a mention of the name Metzger. I have been trying to make a conection somewhere. I hope someone out there can be of help, I would apprciate it. I have found a Anna Metzer married to thomas Blaine. I have found several Nancy mentioned here and there with unknown information. One of these could be my Nancy but not for sure. I hope this info could also be of help to someone also.
