My Husband's Birth Father

I am searching for any information about my husband's birth father. I know his first name was Norman and he worked for DH Railroad as a conductor in the mid-1940's, at least. He made the run between Port Henry and Rouse's Point, NY. My husband's mother's name was Eleanor Blaise, born May 13, 1926, died May 1986. She married Donald Jerome. They resided in Moriah Center, NY. I would appreciate any help that can be given. Thank you.
