Hello Derek. I'm Keith Blake. Sorry not to have been in touch before but I've only now seen your message. Sorry to disappoint you, but I was never in the foreign service. For 40 years I worked for the London Fire Brigade, which is rather less glamorous. Anyway, here are some thoughts on your message. Grandfather's first name was Albion, but many people called him Albert. Tec was my father's nickname. I think it's a traditional one, deriving from the fictional detective Sexton Blake. I have never heard of a third brother . Good luck with the family tree, if it is still going after almost 12 years. If I can be of any help lease let me know
