I am looking for a man by the name of Roger Dean Blakley Sr. My husband is Roger Dean Blakley Jr. He hasn't seen his fathe since he was 2 years old. All I know is that my husband was born in Sumter South Carolina May 14, 1970. His mothers name is Kathy Diane Barkley (Brown). His dad supposidely moved away from Sumter possibly out of state. His mom doesn't say much about him. I know he has to be in his 50's and he went to the community college in Sumter.
