Hi there, does anyone have any information on Frederick and Kate Blankley (Ne Weightman) who were both born about 1884 in Lincolnshire, UK. I believe they emigrated to Canada (Township 29) around about 1903.

I am searching for the family of Jennie (Tayleure) and Frank William Blankley. Jennie was born in Brooklyn NY and married Frank William Blankley on October 21, 1902 and moved to Chicago. They had three children, Clifton, William and Francis.

Jarvis BLANKLEY(~1868 - ?) married Annie BARKER (1869-1919) sometime between 1881 and 1891 and lived in Manchester, Lancashire, UK. He is listed in the census as a "commercial traveller." They had three sons -- Harry, Norman, and Roland. I'm interested in any information on Jarvis and Annie's descendants. I am connected via Annie Barker (her aunt Annie was my ggrandmother).

Benjamin and Jane Blankley are my Great Great Grandparents. I have extensive generation details (with some small gaps) of the Family going back to them.

All I can add to your post is that she was living with the John Woolston family in Burch Creek when she married Thomas Hood. No other Blankleys are mentioned in any records I have found in that part of the world.

I have sent an email but I got your automatic reply so I thought I would post the text of the email here aswell

My direct Blankley connection ended sometime between 1881 and 1901. My Blankley's were from Humberstone and earlier on Syston in Leicester. These are the details of my
family:

My great great grandmother was called Sarah Jane
Blankley and was born in 1857 in Humberstone. She
married Wlliam Brookes in 1875. Her parents were
George Blankley and Sarah Mee. Her siblings were
Anne, George, Louisa, Tryphenia and Eliza. Only
Sarah, Louisa and Tryphenia married as the others died
young.

So if there is a connection then between us it must be
a further generation back as your surname is Blankley.
George Blankley was born in 1827 the son of Benjamin
and Jane Blankley.

Does any of this sound familiar ? Even if not if you
know the names of Arthur's parents or how old he was
when he died that may lead a line back. I have
details of all of George Blankley's siblings and the
names of their children of one of those might be
connected

Hello there Sarah. We are the Blankley family from Northern Ireland. Grandmother (94) Vera Blankley. Her 2 sons, Michael (69) & Paul Blankley (61). Vera Kyle married Arthur Blankley approx 1931 and lived in Humberston Drive, Leicester until 1939 before moving back to Belfast, Northern Ireland. Arthur died in 1975. Michael Blankley has 5 grown up children & 11 grandchildren. Paul Blankley has 3 grown up children, Peter (35), Clare (29) & Sarah (25). Email me at the email adress above.
