Silas Blann you mention was born in Jasper County, Georgia 1794. His siblings were James, Stephen and Telitha. I have not yet been able to find and confirm the parents of these Blann siblings. The only Richard Blann noted in the family tree is a Richard Thomas Blann born in 05-31-1846. The Blann siblings were sometimes shown to be from North Carolina and they later lived in Georgia.
