Based on my research I have found the following:
Silas Blann buried in Bell Cemetery was born in 1794 and died April 2, 1858 at age 64. His wife was born in 1796 (Elizabeth) and died Oct 20 1853 at age 57 (not age 52). Asenath was born March 20, 1828 and deid Feb 16, 1871. The 52 and 57 may look similar due to aging on the stone for Elizabeth. Based on Silas' will his wife preceeded him in death because his heirs were only his children. His wife did not survive him to inherit. So the 1882 death year you state may have been misread as well. I too have visited the cemetery several years back and perhaps the dates are harder to read now.
