Hello Leanne, I have found out a lot more re Blays. The parents of Kenneth raymond Blay were william Thomas Blay and Eliza Mary Emma Robinson and they married in 1923. William Thomas's parents were William Blay b 1867 and Caroline Helen Undrill, Caroline possibly born in England. They married in 1896. The parents of William were Thomas Blay b 1839 d 1920 and Mary Rapley b 1845 d 1923, married 1864. Thomas and Mary were probably born in England. I haven't found when they came to NZ. They had a large family of at least 15 children including my wife's ancestor Edith Blay b 1873, sister of the above William. I can give you all the fifteen names if you wish.
