I know that this is an old post but I just ran across it and wanted to respond in case you haven't found any further information on your Frank Bledsoe who married to Bessie Courtney. Frank and Bessie are burried in the cemetery at Sibley, Missouri right south of old Fort Osage. Frank was the son of Welcome and Louisa ( Huntsucker ) Bledsoe.
