(Jonathan's parents, Jonathan Hannah Blinn)
Lucy Blinn married Robert Deming on 1/17/1786

Their daughter was Harriet Deming b6/9/1786 who married Archibald Hall b10/28/1779

Harriet and Archibald Hall had a daughter Robey Williams Hall b1/22/1811 who married James Blinn Whaples b1807

Now the name Elisha is in the Whaples line.
Maybe it was just common in those days........

I think James Blinn Whaples's parents were
Nancy Blinn and Elisha Whaples.
