Approximate b.d. would be between 1970 & 1975. Birth place unknown. Parent's unknown. Individual now deceased. Possible death place to be Alaska but completely unsure. Unsure of proper spelling of name, could be variation.
Mr. Bliss spent some time in the Glencoe, McLeod Co. Minnesota school system. Mr. Bliss was a foster child of a Mackenthun family in the Glencoe area.
