I'm looking for information on Ruth Bliss who married John P. H. Chandler in Daytona Beach, Florida, on 6 Aug 1927. She would have been his 2nd wife. They divorced before 1935 when he married a third time. I've found a Ruth Chandler living in Lakewood, Cuyahoga Co., Ohio in 1930 with a husband John P. H. Chandler, and two children (her children, his step-children): William S. A. Chandler, age 9 and John B. Chandler, age 7.
Ruth Bliss's husband was the son of Senator/Secretary of the Navy William Eaton Chandler of New Hampshire and Lucy Lambert Hale Chandler, daughter of U.S. Senator John Parker Hale of New Hampshire.
