He emigrated from England - alone from what I can tell. He's the only Bliss on the roster. He married Alice Hudson, daughter of Joseph Byrd Hudson and Sallie Gillett. They had several children: Dale (dec.), Wilma, Bryce (dec.), Betty "June" - my grandmother (dec.), Ray, Joyce (dec.), Sandra. I am not aware of any current family in Pensacola but it's possible. I don't keep up with all of Dale, Wilma, or Bryce's decendents.
